We study and advice on the best irrigation system installation for our farmers. Our highly specialized team normally will:
- Measure the field to obtain the dimensions plan with level curves.
- Study the water supply.
- Evaluate the climate conditions of the place.
- Measure the soil type where the installation is going to be built.
Obtaining the necessary information is essential to determine the pumping dropper needed, the filter head, fertilizer delivery system, type of drip emitter, growing scene, as well as the design and calculations necessary.
Our assembling team will carry on the installation following the environmental, safety and health protocol established.

The nozzle design delivers a very fine mist that allows most of the water to evaporate before reaching the crop, the ideal solution for cooling and humidifying of greenhouses, again we are able to offer an anti-drip facility on the nozzle which prevents drainage from the spraylines when the nozzle closes and allows simultaneous start-up of the system next time round.
The key benefits of boom watering are the ability to water run lengths of up to 200 metres long and 13 metres wide at any one watering, multiple booms to be run at once and interchangeable nozzles which allow for misting and spraying in adjacent cropping areas.
The boom system has many available options in its watering programme including a remote Wi-Fi link back to the customers computer allowing him to see how his application of water over his crop is measured and a hand held remote control unit which allows the system to be started if the grower requires a watering whilst he is walking in the crop
Drip irrigation allows crops to be watered in the soil such as vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers in suspended guttering and hanging baskets in the roof of the greenhouse. The latest drip irrigation systems again can be linked into controlled automated watering which allows water deficit in the soil to be recorded by sensors and turn the watering programme on automatically, uniformity of the crop with drip irrigation allows each plant to be grow to the same standard which is a great selling tool.
Our fertigation systems benefits:
- Extended benefits with the installation of a new software that makes handling the equipment easier and also enhances its features.
- Offers solutions for all requirements in terms of the different crop types and their development phases
- Saves in manpower.
- Provision of nutrients in a balanced and uniform manner.
- Improvement in the quantity and quality of the harvests.
- Designing a tailored system is easy, because it adapts to any flow, farm size, existing watering head and crop type.
- Adjusts to the number of outlets or sectors.
Recirculation irrigation drainage systems via hydroponics optimize the use of water by reusing it so that it could be reincorporated in irrigation systems after treatment, achieving significant water savings.
How it works
One advantage of using hydroponics is the use of recirculation system. Drainage collection trays are placed with low substrate bags, which have a certain slope and collected in nozzles at the end of each row of crops, which in turn is sent to deposits collected by gravity (which are connected to all lines of culture).
Ideally, in drainage recirculation disinfects water in order to prevent risks of microbial contamination in the irrigation water due to its recirculation.
